Our Approach
For Teachers:
What exciting times there are ahead for you!
All our offices guide teachers from the beginning of the recruitment process with advice on the national curriculum, educational developments, the working day, strengths and weaknesses, working visas, travel and accommodation, to processing all necessary documentation such as CVs, references, qualifications and police checks. Please follow the following link for information on what is required to work in our schools - Documents required for working in UK schools. Our UK based offices are the key to ensuring a successful teaching experience for you, the teacher. They will be responsible for sourcing the most appropriate job for you, taking into account your strengths, experience, subjects and year level preferences. Our staff will ensure both you and the school are supported and will monitor this relationship regularly.
For Schools:
All our offices help guide schools from the beginning of the recruitment process with advice on candidates’ strengths and weaknesses, processing all necessary documentation such as CVs, references, eligibility to work in the UK, compliance with the Vetting and Barring Scheme, qualifications, police checks and so on - (please follow this link Recruitment for Education - safeguarding procedure). Most importantly, our offices also ensure that schools are fully informed about the candidates and teachers are fully informed about the school and 'raring' to go.
